Give Thanks With A Grateful Heart
The end of the year is often a time to take stock, and we can sometimes get so caught up in the things we weren’t able to do that we forget to give thanks for what we have.
Perhaps your dreams have been stalled yet again, for whatever reason, don’t give up; look up and give thanks to God because He is working things out for you in accordance with His will.
Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God- Psalm 50:23 (KJV)
“Ordering our conversation aright” means choosing to praise God even when all seems bleak. It means giving thanks instead of complaining in the face of disappointment. And when we praise God in our pain, He comes through for us: He shows us His salvation.
So, as you go into the New Year, make praising God a priority and you can be sure of His salvation all year round because God inhabits our praises.
Wishing you all a glorious and fruitful year ahead!
